Micro-Cuvée Experience in Languedoc

The Languedoc-Roussillon is France's largest wine producing region and it's vineyards grow a multitude of different grape varieties.   As such the Languedoc-Roussillon winemakers have become masters in the art of blending wines.  Predominately renowned for its red wines, the climate and terroir is ideal for cultivating grenache noir, syrah, carignan, mourvèdre, cinsault and cabernet-sauvignon vines, amongst others.

The Gourmet Odyssey Micro-Cuvée Experience partner in the Languedoc-Roussillon is Domaine Allegria, not far from the charming town of Pézenas.  You'll work with the winemaker to blend your own barrel of wine from different grape varietals and vineyard plots.  A graphic artist will also accompany you to create the name and design for your wine labels.  At the end of the Micro-Cuvée Experience you will have 300 bottles of your unique wine, made according to your taste, and in your image!

Each Micro-Cuvée Experience is a private event for you and your guests, and can accomodate up to 20 people.
