Our partner winemakers have once again been winning medals and the praise of the wine press.

Domaine la Cabotte won a bronze medal at the Millésime Bio 2014 organic wine fair for its Garance 2012 Côtes du Rhône red wine. This is the wine that is chosen for the Gourmet Odyssey Wine Experience. The Challenge Millésime Bio wine competition forms part of the Millésime Bio professional wine fair in Montpellier, which brings together some 800 organic winemakers from around the world. The wine competition is presided over by a well-known personality from the wine world who manages the wine tastings. The jury is made up of 223 wine professionals who tasted 1214 wine samples for this year's event.

Domaine Chapelle also won a bronze medal for the wine chosen by Gourmet Odyssey, the 2011 vintage of the "Clos des Cornières". The winery also received praise from the Revue du Vin de France wine magazine who tasted their Santenay 2011 during the Grands Jours de Bourgogne wine fair. "We love its ruby red colour and the ripe raspberry nose. Soft red fruits dominate the very agreeable tannins. This wine is a joy for the taste buds."

The Tribu d'A 2012 wine from Domaine Allegria was ranked 8th best white wine from the Languedoc region by the Tasted Journal. This wine magazine was created by two of the Best Sommeliers of the World, Markus del Monego and Andreas Larsson, who taste all of the wines blind. The objective of these two tasters is to inform the public in a professional and impartial way, and the wine tasting sessions are conducted several times a year in a professional wine tasting centre. For the 2010 vintage of the Tribud'A red wine, selected by Gourmet Odyssey, Mr Larsson rated it 87/100 and Mr del Monego 88/100. They describe the wine as being "dense ruby with a purple hue. Fresh nose of primary fruit, red and dark berries, dry spices and discreet oak..."
