Gourmet Odyssey partner winemakers win medals at the Challenge Millésime Bio 2018 organic wine competition

Congratulations to Domaine la Cabotte in the Rhone Valley, Château Beau Rivage in the Bordeaux region, Domaine Allegria in Languedoc and Domaine Chapelle in Burgundy for the medals they won at the Challenge Millésime Bio 2018 organic wine fair!
From over 1500 wines entered into the competition, just over 400 wines were selected as medallists, and as in the previous years, the Gourmet Odyssey partner winemakers were among the select group of winners.
Domaine la Cabotte won a gold medal for their 2015 Châteauneuf-Du-Pape Vieilles Vignes, and Château Beau Rivage was also presented with a gold medal for their Haut-Médoc wine, the 2015 vintage of their Clos la Bohème.
Our partner winemaker in Burgundy won gold for their 2015 Santenay Beaurepaire Premier Cru red wine. Further south in the Languedoc wine growing region of France, Domaine Allegria was awarded with a silver medal for the 2014 vintage of their Languedoc Mendel Malbec red wine.
