Are you looking for an original gift for St Valentine’s?  Adopting some organic vines is the perfect St Valentine’s present for wine lovers.  Choose from the main wine growing regions in France and get behind the scenes to learn about all of the work and skill that goes into making award-winning organic wines.

Adopt between 6 and 36 vines in one of our organic partner vineyards for a wine-making year.  Receive a welcome gift pack with a vine adoption certificate that can be personalised with the name of your partner, or even both of your names as a symbol of your union.  Receive newsletters throughout the experience to keep updated with the key stages in making your wine.  You’ll increase your wine knowledge and will be able to amaze your friends!  All of our partner wineries are organically certified, and are located in France’s main wine-growing regions: Domaine Stentz-Buecher in Alsace, Domaine Allegria in the Languedoc region of the south of France, Château de la Bonnelière in the Loire Valley, Domaine de la Guicharde in the Côtes du Rhône region, Château Coutet in Bordeaux, and Domaine Chapelle in Burgundy.

You can also plan a romantic week-end break and come and participate in a Wine Experience Day at the winery. They take place during the week-end and are valid for two people. You’ll get to spend the entire day with the winemakers who will explain their work and get you involved in some of the jobs that need doing.  You’ll get to meet your adopted vines and encourage them to produce luscious grapes.  You’ll also learn about the benefits and challenges of working organically.  Lunch and wine tasting is included to discover the regional delicacies and wines from the vineyard.

There are three types of day available to understand the full cycle in making wine.  The Discovery Experience Day teaches you about the work carried out in the vineyard and the role of the terroir.  The Harvest Experience Day lets you participate in the harvest and get involved in this exciting event at the winery.  And the Vinification Experience Day explains how the wines are made and aged through different workshops designed to improve your knowledge and wine tasting skills.

At the end of the experience, your valentine will receive a bottle of wine for each adopted vine.  They’ll  even get to choose the name of their wine and personalise their wine labels.  A great ending for an unforgettable Saint Valentine’s present.
