You can now adopt an organic vine and get involved in the Gourmet Odyssey Wine Experience for the 2011 wine making year, which has just gone on sale!

Choose to adopt your vines in Bordeaux or Burgundy, and follow the making of your personalised wine right up until it is bottled at the end of 2012.

Whether as an original wine gift for a wine connoisseur, an unusual corporate gift, or a treat for yourself, the Gourmet Odyssey Wine Experience takes you behind the scenes to discover the work and passion that is needed to be a successful winemaker.

Each client receives a wine experience gift box containing a sommelier’s apron, Drop Stop, and personalised certificate, stating the exact location of the adopted vines.

You can also choose to add up to 3 wine making experience days at the vineyard to meet the winemaker and get involved in cultivating the vines or blending the wine during the wine discovery experience, harvest experience or vinification experience days. The wine experience days are sure to help you better appreciate your wine, once you have actually rolled up your sleeves and got your own hands dirty!

Throughout the Gourmet Odyssey Wine Experience, you will receive news and photo updates from the vineyard so that you can follow the making of your wine virtually.  At the end, you will receive a personalised bottle of wine for each adopted vine.
