Adopt a Vine in Chablis Now Available!

For white wine enthusiasts amongst you, the first Gourmet Odyssey white wine partner is now available.
As of this week, you can now adopt vines in Chablis for a wine-making year at Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard. This winery is one of the leading Chablis winemakers, having won a host of awards and accolades over recent years from the likes of Decanter, Wine Spectator, Le Guide Hachette des Vins, La Revue du Vin de France…
The wine selected for the Gourmet Odyssey Wine Experience is their Chablis “la Boissonneuse”, a fresh, mineral and zesty white wine that is certified biodynamic. So not only will you learn about what is involved in producing one of the most famous French white wines, you will also get a hands on experience into the treatments, the lunar cycle and philosophy behind the fascinating world of biodynamic wines.
