Located on the banks of the Garonne river, Château Beau Rivage is a small, organic winery with 8ha of vines. The meticulous selection of grape varieties, and the traditional methods used in cultivating the vines and in the vinification process, ensures that Château Beau Rivage consistently produces high quality wines that have nothing to envy of their more prestigious Médoc neighbours.
Château Beau Rivage is a serial award winner for their Bordeaux Supérieur and Haut-Médoc wines. This year they are awarded a star in the Hachette 2015 wine guide for their Benjamin 2011 red wine. Delicate and complex aromas, and a seductive balance between fruit and tannins on the palate.
Château Beau Rivage produces red and rosé wines from the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec vines that grow in the lime clay soil.
